Office Management
There are many office management positions from accounting
to front office. At Mercer Construction we foster a
team environment that has been successful since 1979.
Those working in office management will focus on the
following duties:
- Manage daily activities of the office which fosters
an orderly environment for all staff to coexist successfully.
- Manage accounting from invoicing to collections.
Project Management
A Mercer Construction Project Manager is a team player
who interacts with all individuals in the office as
well as on site. The key role of a project manager is
as follows:
- To ensure project is on time and within budget.
- To manage client contracts and exceed client satisfaction.
- To manage bidding and project negotiation.
- To coordinate all details of the construction site
from staffing to material deliveries.
