He has been actively involved in the company’s day to day
operations, as a licensed general contractor, for thirty years, Mr.
Mercer founded Mercer Construction in 1979 and incorporated in 1980.

Darren Mercer now succeeds Robert S. Mercer as president
of Mercer Construction. He will be in charge of the company’s
day-to-day operations and will direct all activities within the
administration.
Darren Mercer has vast experience in management and cost
estimating which includes a full range of building and engineering
projects. He has been involved in all aspects of construction
cost estimates including design phase budget estimates, price proposals
for negotiated work, and competitive bid quotations.

With over thirty-five years in the construction industry,
Bob Erickson's construction experience brings extraordinary depth to
the project management staff. Beginning his career in the construction
trades, he progressed to project supervision and then project
management. Mr. Erickson joined Mercer Construction in 1979 as a
project superintendent and has become an integral part of the company's
successful operations.

Dan Gervais possesses a strong background in architectural
design and broad range of construction experience. He manages multiple
commercial projects for Mercer Construction ranging from one to sixteen
million dollars. Some of his projects include Pacific Coast Plaza, a
new 240,000 s.f. retail shopping center, Winchester Marketplace in
Temecula, several Albertsons, Madison Springs plaza and North County
Bank in Murrieta.

Tom Chavez, Project Manager

Thomas Chavez has been in the construction industry for 32
years. Before joining Mercer Construction 15 years ago, Thomas
was a General Contractor specializing in concrete and framing.
Mr. Chavez possesses a strong background in commercial
construction. He has managed field operations, as Senior Lead
Project Superintendent and Project Manager on numerous projects for
Mercer Construction, ranging in value from 10 to 49 million dollars.
Mr. Chavez has managed these projects while overseeing numerous
superintendents on the various sites. He has very strong
supervisory/interpersonal skills, which have proven to be extremely
beneficial on the complex projects he has supervised.

Chris Socha, Project Manager

Chris Socha joined Mercer Construction in 1982. Mr. Socha
supervised field operations on a variety of assignments. He came into
the office as an assistant project manager working on some of the more
complex and difficult projects and has now taken on projects of his
own.

Tony White, Project Manager

Tony White joined our team in June 1995 as assistant
superintendent. Working under the wings of our teams long list of
experienced superintendents, he soon became a superintendent and has
since moved onto Project Management. His tutoring for commercial retail
was accomplished at the 500,000 sq ft Desert Crossings Shopping Center
in Palm Desert, California. The project consisted of Office Depot,
Marshall's, Oshman's, T J Max, Petsmart and many shop buildings.
